 Situated in an ancient village where it is possible to stay and enjoy the surroundings or the numerous activities this territory has to offer, the estate dominates the magnificent vineyards of the Chianti Classico area, the olive groves and the crops, which are irrigated with water from the Villa S.Andrea lakes. The Farm produces Chianti Classico, IGT wines, Extra Virgin and DOP Olive Oil, Grappa and Vin Santo.

 Some of the houses on the estate have been restored: Antico Podere Zobi, Podere Perticato and the Podere Montelodoli. These are great Tuscan country houses, immersed in nature, finely restored, fitted with all modern comforts and surrounded by large gardens with outdoor swimming pools. They are divided into elegantly furnished apartments, with characteristic wood beams, Tuscan terracotta floors and big stone fireplaces. The panorama from the windows mirrors the ideas we all have about Tuscany: olive groves, vineyards and fields of sunflowers. The guests have use of the swimming pool, children's play area, barbeque and the patio with furniture for eating outside.

 The Estate has renovated its vineyards according to modern quality control methods, using selected clones and a higher planting density but with a lower production level per plant. The best vineyards are chosen for producing the Villa S.Andrea wines; the cultivation and oenological practices put into effect are directed towards producing great wines, in harmony with the traditional wine making methods.

 Villa S.Andrea offers elegant structures for organising the perfect wedding, from the ceremony to the reception and accommodation. In the heart of the Borgo di Fabbrica you find the splendid little church dedicated to St. Andrea. A furnished meeting room is available where you can work in complete peace. Coffee breaks and working breakfasts may also be organised.
